【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverscastandwroughtgalvaniczincanodesusedforthecathodicprotectionofmorenoblemetalsandalloysinseawater,brackishwater,othersalineelectrolytes,orothercorrosiveenvironments.1.2TypeIanodesaremostcommonlyusedforsuchapplications.TheTypeIanodecompositioninthisspecificationmeetsthechemicalcompositionrequirementsofMIL-A-18001K.1.3Zincanodesconformingtothisspecificationmaybeusedinotherwaters,electrolytes,backfills,andsoilswhereexperiencehasshownthatthespecifiedcompositionisefficientandreliable.TypeIIanodesaremostcommonlyusedforsuchapplications.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)forthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
