【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmessagesforelectronicinformationexchangebetweencomputersystemsusingcodingschemesinhealthcare.Itdescribesamessagethatmaybeusedtopopulateorupdatethecontentofacodingschemeatuserapplications.2ThisEuropeanStandardislimitedtoadefinitionofthecontentofamessagethatservesthefollowingfunctions:a)topopulateanewcodingschemewhereindividualentriesarecomposedofacodevaluerelatedtozeroormore(textual)codemeanings,b)toaddnewentriesintoanexistingcodingschemewheretheseentriesarecomposedofnewcodevaluesandtheirassociatedmeanings,c)tomarkexistingcodevalueentriesasnolongeractive,d)tomarknewandexistingcodemeaningstobeofacertainstatus(e.g.preferred,obsolete,etc.),e)tomarknewandexistingcodevalueswithdatesofapplicability,f)tomarknewandexistingcodemeaningswithdatesofapplicability.3ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesaspecificationofamessagethatmaybeusedtopopulateorupdateamappingbetweenasinglecodevalueinacodingschemeandsimplelistofcodevaluesthattogetherhaveanequivalentmeaninginthesamecodingscheme.ThismeetstherequirementsofENV1614-Healthcareinformatics-Structurefornomenclature,classificationandcodingofpropertiesinclinicallaboratorysciences.4ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesaspecificationofamessagethatmaybeusedtopopulateorupdateamappingshowingequivalencebetweencodevaluesintwodifferentcodingschemes.Thespecificationsupportsmappingsinwhich:a)asinglecodevalueinone(source)codingschemeismappedtoasingleequivalentcodevaluewithinanother(target)codingscheme,b)asinglecodevalueinthesourcecodingschemeismappedtoasetofcodevalueswhichtogetherrepresentanequivalentconceptwithinthetargetcodingscheme.
